Shipping policy

I personally pack every order with care and prepare it for dispatch. To ensure your order arrives as well-protected as possible, delivery may take around 5–15 working days, depending on the item and your location.

Shipping times

• Germany: 5–7 working days
• EU and international: 5–10 working days
• Originals over 30 cm: up to 3 weeks

  • EU: €11.90
  • International: €19.90
• Economy postage €2.90 for postcards to Germany (with tracking)

• Germany: 2,90 €
• EU: 4,99 €

Courier services

We dispatch via DHL and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sd@lucky-clover.art, attaching a photo of the damage.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or processing fees in accordance with applicable import regulations. Please also note that customs clearance may result in longer delivery times. I have no control over any fees that may be charged or the time required for customs processing.
